Village houses

A "Casa de pueblo", is a typical type of housing located in a rural village. These houses are semi-detached and usually have a terrace or patio.

Traditionally, the first level of the house was reserved for the agricultural equipment, while the second level was used as housing for its occupants. If the house had a third level, it was customary for it to be a barn.
Throughout history, the building materials of these houses have evolved: stone, mud, lime and, more recently, cement.

Today, these houses of character are sought after for their authenticity and the tranquillity they offer, far from the hustle and bustle of large urban spaces.
Many of them have been renovated to restore their traditional charm, bringing a touch of modernity and the necessary comfort.

Moreover, in most cases, these houses have plenty of space to live in. Their distribution allows them to accommodate several guests at the same time or to transform them into bed and breakfast.

The purchase of a village house is therefore a good investment, whatever your project.
