The purchasing process for the buyer:

Once we have found your dream house or commercial investment, and when it comes to a final agreement one of our lawyers will make a private contract. In this contract you will find at least: details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property (by escritura and/or nota simple) Also the deposit will be specified in the contract.
After signing this contract our lawyer will take over this process and will investigate all paperwork. You will choose the notary.
After signing the escritura you will receive the keys of your new property. All services/utilities have to be registered in your name. We will help you by doing this.
Here is short summary of the costs, besides the price of the property:
- Transfer Tax: 10%
- Notary Costs: 1-1,5%
- Costs for transferring utility services (for example Iberdrola) to your name.
The Selling process for the seller:

We will manage viewings and advise on the sale of your property from start until completion. Then, we will present every offer that is made to you.
Once there is an agreement one of our lawyers makes a private sales contract. In this contract is at least: details of buyer and seller, price, specification of property (by escritura and/or nota simple) Also the deposit will be specified in the contract.
After signing this contract our lawyer will take over this process and he will investigate all paperwork. The buyer chooses the notary.
